While photographing the many flamingos and the colourful salt pans, I realised an interesting pattern at one of the southern shore lines of Lake Magadi. When I approached the spot, I realised that this tree like structure was formed by one of the small rivers draining into Lake Magadi. The alkane water of the river mixed with the waters of the lake has formed this wonderful tree-shaped micro delta.
